time of my life

made a trip to hk last month.

met up with woon yee. went to a yummy noodles place.. and then to a yummier dessert place. man! hk is amazing… i put on weight!! *sob*

then last night, met up with avis and zoe (tyanne!!! u were supposed to be there!!) … and we ate … non-stop can! it was so funny, the food came non-stop, so just kept eating… besides, avis apparently has a different compartment for dessert!! hahahahha… too funnie.

plus there was the incident of avis hiding under another woman’s umbrella when we were trying to make our way from far east to lido in the superheavy rain. even funnier!! cldn’t stop laughing.

ok, gonna go do some work now… hope to meet up with more ex-students, damn fun!!:D

the hols are finally here, but mine don’t start till the english o levels are over. but that’s in a few days’ time, so i’m waiting (im)patiently. loads of things to do, tonnes of friends/students to meet! i’m sleepie, but i gotta MARK!! haha, ah well, reprieve in a few days!

ps. stella’s wedding was sooo fun! met up with loads of ex-colleagues, and they dressed up so pwetty!!:P

need to meet zoe (who’s always saying i fly her aeroplane), van, lilia, ratih, charm, jana … and the list continues. but then i think i can finally find the time to meet you gals!!! FINALLY eh? enuff calling me an aeroplane… i can’t fly, literally!!! see u gals soon!

so i started relief teaching at a new school.

it’s pretty ok, different from nvss,

i wonder how they’re doing there, the teachers and students.

they were a crazy fun lot.

hmm, in fact, i wonder how the gals at ij are doing,

they were a WAY crazier lot!! hahahaha!!!

anyway, i’ll be done with relief at the present school in three months,

then i’m gonna go start my own tuition classes.

for sec 3 and sec 4 english.. kinda excited about it.

in fact, i’m relief teaching rite now,

soon to be done at current school,

it ain’t so bad,

it’s interesting to meet new students,

make new friends/colleagues,

just a pity that i’ll be moving on.

ah well,

there are always more new students to meet,

and more new friends to make eh?

ok ok, i’ve been seen on the streets way too often, and asked the same question, "eh, mizliem, y u still in singapore ah??", way way too many times. so i’ve decided to blog abit about what’s going on in my life, so i wun be asked the same ‘ol question again and again. heeheehee. well, i’m not OFF to holland YET. been settling family matters these few months. WILL be off to do my masters soon though. so must miz me k k k?:P great to hear from everyone once in a while… the testimonials are so cute and funny. *grinz* miz everyone at ij. esp my PE naughties, my 2/8 (one heartbeat yes!), my tennis cuties, my greenies, sighz… everyone lah! no, i dun have blond hair anymore. gave it up after being mistaken for an AH-BENG again and again and again… so now i look ‘normal’ again!:P ok ok, enough rambling.. hope i’ve ‘entertained’ some of u!:P
